These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DateDash.ie ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile app, in-person events, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

DateDash.ie offers exclusive in-person singles events, social mixers, and tailored connection experiences in Cork, Ireland, alongside secure online features to seamlessly facilitate communication between attendees:

• Event Registration – Securely book and manage your spots at our curated local events via the platform.
• Organizer Hub & Events – Independent Organizers can host custom events, complete with their own branding, bespoke event types, and targeted audiences.
• Connections & Matching – Utilize custom interests and profile attributes to foster genuine connections. Our proprietary Matching systems suggest compatible attendees to facilitate meaningful interactions.
• Encrypted Chats – Engage in private, end-to-end encrypted messaging with other verified attendees that automatically expire after a set period to protect your privacy.
• Personal Dashboard – View your event history, upcoming bookings, recent connections, and manage your profile in one centralized hub.

Display names and photos are strictly admin-controlled to maintain a safe, verifiable environment and cannot be unilaterally edited by users without approval.

You must create an account with a valid email and password. Email verification is required; 2FA is mandatory for event registration.

You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately at support@datedash.ie of any unauthorized access. After three failed logins, your account will be locked, requiring a password reset.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or violations.

You agree not to:

• Harass, discriminate, or engage in harmful behavior during events or chats.
• Share personal contact information without consent.
• Use the Service for commercial, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.
• Post offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt the Service.

Chats are monitored for compliance. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans.

Events are limited by gender and require payment. Registration is first-come, first-served, with waitlists available.

Cancellations: Full refunds for cancellations 48 hours prior; no refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

Attendance: Arrive on time; follow venue rules. We are not liable for travel, accommodations, or personal incidents. Upon registration, you receive a digital Ticket Code. You must present this to the Door Staff for verification.

Post-Event: Matches are notified via dashboard; chats expire after a default period (e.g., 24-72 hours) for privacy, though users may purchase extensions.

Event fees (e.g., €35) and In-App Purchases (e.g., Chat Extensions) are processed via secure partners like Stripe. All payments are in Euro.

Organizer Accounts & PAYG Balances: Organizers using the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan must maintain a sufficient credit balance to process ticket sales. You may top up your account balance securely via the platform. Any top-up acts as non-refundable platform credit.

Refunds: Issued for valid cancellations; processing fees may apply. No refunds for completed events, violations, digital goods like chat extensions, or Organizer PAYG top-ups.

We reserve the right to cancel events due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal information for service delivery and security.

Chats are encrypted and auto-deleted. We do not sell data and limit sharing to essential service providers.

All content (logos, designs, text) is owned by DateDash.ie. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for user interactions, technical issues, or indirect damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent event.

You may delete your account by contacting support@datedash.ie. We may terminate for violations, with no refunds.

We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.
