These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DateDash.ie ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile app, in-person events, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
DateDash.ie offers in-person speed-dating events in Cork, Ireland, and online features to facilitate connections:
Display names and photos are admin-controlled for safety and cannot be edited by users.
You must create an account with a valid email and password. Email verification is required; 2FA is mandatory for event registration.
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access. After three failed logins, your account will be locked, requiring a password reset.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or violations.

Chats are monitored for compliance. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans.
Events are limited by gender and require payment. Registration is first-come, first-served, with waitlists available.
Cancellations: Full refunds for cancellations 48 hours prior; no refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
Attendance: Arrive on time; follow venue rules. We are not liable for travel, accommodations, or personal incidents.
Post-Event: Matches are notified via dashboard; chats expire after 24 hours for privacy.
Event fees (e.g., €35) are processed via secure partners like Stripe. All payments are in Euro.
Refunds: Issued for valid cancellations; processing fees may apply. No refunds for completed events or violations.
We reserve the right to cancel events due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal information for service delivery and security.
Chats are encrypted and auto-deleted. We do not sell data and limit sharing to essential service providers.
All content (logos, designs, text) is owned by DateDash.ie. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for user interactions, technical issues, or indirect damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent event.
You may delete your account by contacting [email protected]. We may terminate for violations, with no refunds.
We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.
